Did you know the PTO is running a Fall Fundraiser for the next 10 days?

Were you aware that SchoolStore fundraising is also going on right now? This can be a great way to give back to the school by purchasing items you were going to buy anyway.
So before you buy a gift card for your mail person or subscription for your nephew, head over to SchoolStore and see if you can make your purchase conveniently through the Monsignor Clarke SchoolStore and give back to the school while you shop!

MCS is endeavoring to take on a new tradition and inviting you to come one, come all to the Live Nativity Drive-through!
Tickets sales will start in the coming weeks; meanwhile, click the poster below to learn how you and your family can be a part of this new tradition.

As the temperature drops, you may find yourself missing sunny days at the links (when it wasn’t raining this summer).
We hear you and we’re already busy planning the July MCS Annual Golf Open! So give your golf-loving self a dose of dopamine and save the date:

Planning is well under way; some events are noted below with firm dates booked while others have target dates which will be shared in future communications as they are firmed-up.

SchoolStore Fundraiser
On Tuesday, your student will come home with a kick off packet for the School Store Fundraiser. You can purchase gift cards for teachers and shop the bookstore to earn money for the school, but you can also support MCS when you shop at popular retailers!
Click here before you shop at Walmart, Target, Old Navy, Gap, Kohl’s and many more! A percentage of your sale goes to MCS!
The Halloween Spooktacular is back!Tickets ($5/adult and $8/child; $30 max/family) are available to purchase now. Advance purchase is encouraged, but they will also be available at the door.
We also need volunteers! This is a really fun way to help make the event a success. Consider committing just an hour to help run a game, keep an eye on bowling, hand out popcorn or set or clean up. Volunteers are the key to making this event run smoothly. Click here to sign up.
Lastly, there are a few spots left to sign up here to contribute your car, van or truck trunk to Trunk or Treat! You decorate your trunk and we provide the candy. Prizes will be awarded for best trunk!
Be a Part of this New Christmas Tradition!This year the PTO, in collaboration with MCS administration, are striving to create a very special new tradition that involves the entire MCS community and more closely reflects our school’s Catholic identity, while still raising funds to support our students and school.
Please take a moment to read more about The MCS Live Nativity project and complete the google form to see how you can participate in making this event a new tradition for MCS and all of South County.
At the informational meeting on October 12th we hope to share ideas, brainstorm and create a great vision for the wonderful event alongside our many stakeholders and volunteers.
We are excited to create an event that incorporates our students, staff, parents and families’ collective and unique talents and gifts!! We hope to see you there!

Join us for MCS’s Halloween Spooktacular onThis annual MCS tradition will feature many fun activities for the whole family. Trunk or treat, games, food trucks, spooky mini-golf, duckpin bowling and more!

Finally, this event cannot run without the help of volunteers! We are looking for parents that are willing to donate just an hour of your time – options include:

We are also looking for middle school volunteers for the following tasks:
The event runs from 5pm – 9pm. Hay rides will be available until dusk, at which point the flashlight corn maze fun will begin.
Tickets are $17.50 and must be purchased by Thursday, Oct 19.
In order for the event to run, we must have a 1:4 chaperone: student ratio. All parents attending must also purchase a ticket. If your child will be attending with another parent, we will ask you to indicate their name in the form.
