Wonder & Wisdom in the Lab
The science experience at Monsignor Clarke School is dynamic, hands-on, and rooted in real-world application. Beginning in Grade 1, students have the opportunity to engage in science in a fully equipped laboratory setting—an experience that sets our program apart and brings scientific learning to life.
Our Middle School students benefit from a dedicated science lab featuring state-of-the-art lab benches, sinks, and scientific equipment. This space allows for deeper exploration, collaboration, and discovery. The curriculum is aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards. Through thoughtfully designed lessons, students engage in inquiry-based learning and critical thinking as they investigate a wide range of scientific fields, including biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy, health, and astronomy.
Through active investigation and problem-solving, students are encouraged to ask meaningful questions, collect and analyze data, and articulate their understanding. Our junior scientists thrive in the lab environment, where curiosity is cultivated and science truly comes alive.
