Please join us on Saturday, November 20th 11:00am to 1:00pm for a CASUAL ladies pottery painting luncheon at MCS!!
POTTERY
Each participant will select their own winter or holiday themed ornament, ready to paint. Rebekah (of Rebekah Cook Art on Main St in Wakefield) will provide everything you need to paint your pottery. Pottery will be selected on the day of the event – there will be wonderful options for everyone!
After painting, the pottery will be glazed and dried in the kiln by Rebekah at her studio. Therefore, pottery will NOT go home with you directly after the event. Pottery will be completed off-site after the event and will be delivered back to MCS prior to the holidays. Students will be able to take their pottery home from school once they’re delivered.
Rebekah will also have premium pottery options available on the day of the event if you’d like to upgrade your project for a nominal fee (pricing varies depending on selection).
LUNCH
Each participant will receive their own hand-crafted sandwich (pre-selected at registration) with chips and a drink (lemonade or water. Cowabunga (of Robinson St in Wakefield) will provide our fabulous lunch.
Please inform us (at registration) of any food allergies in your party.

Register until Friday (Nov 19th). Missed the deadline? No problem – we can take walk-ins on the day of the event if you arrive before 11:15am.
The event will be taking place in the MCS cafeteria. This means we will enjoy the event while wearing masks (when not eating) and socially distancing.
Does your family look a little less ‘traditional’? Is mom unable to attend the event? Our female students are welcome to bring someone (anyone) special with them to the event.
Do you have a male student at MCS wondering why he’s not included? Is dad feeling heartbroken? Have no fear, this is just the first of a series of parent/student events for the 2021-2022 school year. Stay tuned for more exciting events such as:
